JB has worked with computers for nearly thirty years as a designer, technical support manager, trainer and general consultant. Her experience includes graphic design and production, illustration, creation and maintenance of database and web site solutions, as well as applications training. JB collaboratively produces clear, clean written and graphic information, and is enthusiastic in analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving. More recently, JB’s work with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. has sharpened her skills in public speaking and relationship building, organizing and networking within different communities.
