Sadly, this company no longer operates, but this site was not only the company web site, but also included a client area where clients could log in and create support/trouble tickets. Once a ticket was created, an e-mail was sent to the operative concerned, who would then address and correct the problem, then, finally, log into the client area, report the action(s) taken and close the ticket. The database was built with FileMaker Pro which ran as a back end to the web site.
